I am just going over things off the top of my head about my new gun, the Kel Tec PLR-22 Pistol, I put it on layaway in the middle of December at a gun shop here in town and paid it off on Friday Janurary 2nd, I took it out and shot it with the iron ... with the 27 round magazine, are they legal in ca? sectshun8. In CA, only Law Enforcement can buy a new one. However, a civilian can buy one second hand. I know it's stupid, but that's CA gun laws. So, if you can get lucky and know a kind hearted LEO, you can pay over $500. for a new one. :eek: ...
