Project Description:	Contractual opportunity, as part of a team, to develop an on-line audio-visual world/virtual reality for an internet teaching facility, with possible long-term development of 3D virtual reality experiences for the right individuals. Experienced individuals for whom this type of project and way of working is a passion and a way of life are invited to consider the following positions. Emphasis will be placed on practical, real-world experience and examples of previous accomplishments within the designated fields; • 3D Graphical/Artistic modelling (Both character & structural): 3DSMax, Adobe After Effects • 3D Graphical/Artistic rendering: 3DSMax, Adobe After Effects • 3D animation: Motion Builder • Flash animation/artist/Choreography: Adobe Flash 9 • Flash development/scripting: Adobe Flash 9 Particular relevance will be placed on individual character and experience within the fields of; • Internet gaming/3D game realities • Virtual reality creation, particularly 3D • Artistic creativity • Team working • Role adaptability • Creative problem solving The positions are open to both individuals and teams although emphasis is placed on the team being an in-house working development. The demands of the project are considerable and hence the right people for this work will be those that find this type of project both a purposeful and meaningful expression of themselves and what they really desire to be working on.
