Project Description:	We need a developer that can create a stylized 3D environment in Flash. We want it developed with paperview3D. This environment will show 8-9 people that you can navigate to. When you select someone, he/she will start playing (video with chroma keying). When the video is finished, a person will go back to an idle loop animation. In short we need the following - an abstract 3D environment in Flash (we can deliver the 3D model in 3DSMAX) - with flash video feeds that are keyed live in the environment - videos will have cuepoints for Subtitels. Subtitels will be delivered in XML. Languages will be Dutch and English. - Option to turn subtitles off. - currently 8 or 9 videos are planned for the first version. It must be possible to add or remove videos without creating a new flash file. - When you have selected a person you can click on him/her to start the video. - videos/persons will always be facing the camera - when moving the camera from one person to the next, no video will be playing (all paused).
