Project Description:	holidaylettings.co.uk: holiday-rentals.co.uk The website will only offer holiday rental accommodation, not property for sale. - Search facility to search for property by area/town, price ect. - The design clear and easy to use. - URL rewrite is a must. - Header title, description, keywords dynamic and for each rental. - Member area to add description, upload photos, maintain an availability calendar, add links, contact infos via email. - Booking via a email to member - no booking engine required. - Admin area to control html pages, areas/towns, payment, etc... search functions for owner, listings, payments,.... etc - Dynamic Sitemap is a must - Paypal Pro payment to be used for yearly member fees. I will pay the winning provider immediately as the site becomes live and functional. I have the domain ready and hosted. Thanks again for looking at the project.
