Project Description:	I need a website where users can come, register, upload a number of images to their accounts. Then they get a URL of an image that they can place in forums to display a random image of the collection that they have uploaded to the site. Sample Site: http://www.uzzisoft.com/randomsigscript/index.php Description of how their solution works: http://www.uzzisoft.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22 Comments: 1- Each user would have a certain storage size (admin to specify in the admin control panel). User can not upload images that would exceed this storage size. But admin can give some users exceptions. 2- Admin can specify the maximum size of each image uploaded, 3- Admin can specify file extension types. 4- The URL the users will receive and will be used in forums should have a jpeg or gif extension. 5- Admin can suspend any account. 6- User can edit his uploaded files. Delete some and add others. 7- Each image uploaded would have a date of adding, number of times viewed, size. 8- User can view statistics on the number of times his images were viewed. 9- Admin can view the top referral websites that the images were displayed in. 10- Admin can add his own image to be displayed within the random images. 11- Main page to display top viewed images. And top referring websites. 12- Registration should be very easy. And Email verification is required. 13- Lost password feature to be provided. 14- Website to be provided in 2 languages in the beginning, English and Arabic. We will be providing the Arabic text and the English text. 15- Counter Block to be provided in the website displaying number of users, images uploaded, images viewed, etc. 16- Admin should be able to view bandwidth consumptions, total size of images hosted, total monthly downloads. 17- The website should be very easy to use and navigate, and should be compatible with all systems and browsers.
