Project Description:	Complete eCommerce asp.net sql website design, programming and development for Canadian company. From concept to complete active live site. Site will be similar to a classified ads site. Will also offer banner and link advertising in the header, footer and left and right columns. Must have full banking ability for complete online transactions. Must have advertising UI, Banner/Links UI, Shopper GUI, and Admin UI. To run of MS systems with SLQ and ASP.net. Programmer must have excellent track history, experience, references and portfolio. Must be willing to work closely with client in achieving exactly what is envisioned. Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. Should also have some marketing experience as well as graphic design capability.
