Project Description:	Hello A partner and I is working on a turnbased Strategy game very much like classic Risk. I am interested to get an offer for work consisting of a 2D world map like this http://img.iwin.com/images/product/13/screen_3.jpg but with a blue ocean instead of the old map look, all with much attention to detail, various UI elements and in a 800x600 resolution. (a simple UI mock up can be mailed). We also need sprites for the ingame soldier characters. Again use the above link as a reference and think of a real cartoonish look. Sprites must fit the map in a ratio like in the link above, guess that will be around 65 pixel high. 7 sprites is needed for each player and we need 4 original sets of sprites (remaining 6 sets, should just be different coloured copies of the others). That totals 28 original sprites (+ some animation we need to discuss further and keep out of this deal). Only original art is accepted, as it's for a commercial release and we will need all rights to the artwork.
