Project Description:	Dear All i need a website with below spcifications,please DONT BID without reading. Required Property listings website. layout of interface will be simple.Colour should be White and Blue.Its a small logical site but better understanding is important. 1) login and associated functions,and features like save favorite property,contacted seller details property etc. 2) Post multiple listings from one account with different listing id and expire after 6 months, and should be deleted automatically, can be use cron if required. 3) post up to 3 photos per listings of size below each 512kb. 4) Approval required for property listing and photo to appear in website. 5) Newsletter option 6) Signup for buyer service and get newly posted specified property notifications like villa,apartment,land etc automatically. 7) Property should list under country,state,district format (I will provide this data) 8) Main homepage will show all property posted based on last posted as first on the row.(on main page) 9) On the main page 8-12 property(size 150x150) will show with small description, city,price,type etc.Main page will show all property irrespective of states,if click on states only that specific posted property under that city/state will show.. 10) should listed on three category, for sale, for rental, for holiday rental 11) Below main menu, states should show as submenu.Ex-Dubai,Abudhabi etc(variable control from admin) 12) On header normal links for creating about us, how site works etc links to be generated through cms. 13) On footer normal links like link to us, contact us etc to be generated through cms. 14) search on all pages below menu on left area,--for sale/rent, price, type/villa/apartment,state,city. 15) Admin panel should have option for variable creation which is listed below for registration fields.Ex-all fields should have option to edit and create from admin area. 16) Good photo script required to approve photo by just selecting and resize with good quality or auto resize. 17) All free areas should be utilized with ad options with different size of banners,with using banner manager script,its important. 18) In between listings and free spaces Google ad words need to show. 19) Banner ad request should go to paypal payment then email us to admin,so pre defined price option should be there.and it should be specifically able to select under specific state/city pages. 20) Featured listings should be able to list under required (multiple) pages ex-main/ state/city this can be able to do by making payment for by selecting duration and the required area from login account.(same logic in Banner) 21) Search by listing ID. 22) Agent listings with their logo and website link with small description. They should post successfully only when they make payment for selecting duration. 23) Pages title/description/keywords should be appear unique by taking this from property title.(SEO friendly) Search fields By listing ID Posted by—agent/owner Type-Variable field ex-villa/apartment/plot and variable means able to create from admin .Price-variable field ex-100000$/500000$ etc For-Sale/rentals/Holiday rentals No of bedroom-variable field 1/2/3 etc No of garage -- variable field 1/2/3 etc City and state selection because it come under country page. Payment areas Duration of property featured listings-variable multiples of 1 month-5$ so on. Duration of property agent listing-variable multiples of 1 month-3$ so on Duration of property banner Ads -variable multiples of 1 month-6$ so on Property detailed page- Tell a friend script Contact this property button will allow buyer to contact seller,only after login as buyer,but can see phone details without log-in member area Buyer notification service join link etc. Registration Form fields mentioned below --Property country/state/city with adress --Property title –text field (seo friendly) --Posted by Agent/owner --Property country /state/city --Property For –sale/rent/vaction rental --Property type—villa/apprtment/plot etc --Property price— below 50000$-above 1000000$ etc --Property Developer – --Property owner Contact Number-- --Property description –text area --Is that ready for Occupation-text area --Built in area –text area --Built up area –text area --No of bedrooms --No of Floors --No of bath --No. of Garage/Parking Image attachment of layout 1-logo space 4-search fields 2,3,5-18 is banner space using banner manager,and if no banner present goolge ad or yahoo ad has to show here.All the banners and featured property can able to post on specific area what customer needs by making payment.Ex-one customer from englan want to put his ad for villa for sale in dubai page on right side banner(150x90) he should able to select and make payment and automaticlly comes under that area,and his login account should able to change the location of the ad anytime by just making payment to another or multiple area. First 9 columns should be new property posted first come first out basis Second 9 columns should be featured property posted on that specific city or state or country page Please quote for this if you have this kind of existing scripts. and you have any doubts on points.
