Project Description:	Fit 'n' Giggle will market personal training services via an online store (as well as clothing and equipment sales) and we need customers who wish to purchase training sessions for the first time to qualify in terms of their fitness/health level before checkout. There will need to be an agreement similar to a software SLA as well as database flags for those outside certain pre-determined physical data sets. For instance, those a little overweight might be presented with a warning about seeing a doctor first (and a form for the doctor to fill in), those a little more overweight with the form and no option to proceed without agreeing that they have seen their doctor and had the form completed (and the information logged into their database record... etc. I have a very good idea how this has to work, have all the steps mapped out, I just need someone to write the code. OSCommerce appears to be a good starting point and my feeling is that we need to just develop a sub-store in parallel with more challenges between service selection and checkout so that those in store A proceed as normal with normal account requirements whilst those in store B would need to complete a more thorough questionnaire and complete more challenges. Of course, once the account is active, simple login would be required in either case. Looking forward to hear from anyone who thinks the job might be for them.
