Project Description:	We are a small travel agent and we want to create a Hotel Website to display 40-50 hotels. We already have a website but we have decided to get a new one as our competitors have much better website. We want to have someone design the website the proper way this time and we are starting with the Design brief and functional specification. We have a few competitors website that we like but the do not want the exact look or functionality. You will have to go through competitors website and noting features, functionality, screenshots and incorporating best practices and you will basically have to put what we want in a document. You need to have experience in writing technical spec for implementation. You need to provide previous work(porfolio) in this area. Also you will need to search and identify the errors and malfunctions of the competitors website and possible solutions. Please only bid if you can provide a technical specs that you have written yourself. I will pick a candidate based on price and examples that are submitted . SEO experience will be a plus. Specification will ideally highlight how to beat competitors in Search Engine Ranking. Please Note that this is for the Functional Specification and NOT for the actual design of the website. If you win this project, you WILL have a shot at doing the implementation of the website. Budget is between $10-$100 for this specification. After specification, another project will be open for the actual design/implementation of the website.
