Project Description:	This job has two challenges (Web Design/Graphics Production and Drupal Development {Theme and site building}). I prefer to hire a single individual who can demonstrate their skills in both. However, I may consider you if you can do part of the job. The web-site is niche community site for paintball. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paintball The web site graphically must have a "cool", "bad-ass", "elite soldier", "extreme sports" feeling. I must appeal to the younger age groups. It should look like a cross between a military web-site and a cool video game (such as a clan site). You must produce a design, and all graphic assets the developer needs to implement your designs. This should include all graphic assets required for the entire site and its content. IE: Unique graphics elements of interest on every page in the site which relate the the purpose of the page. If you wish, we can leverage a cheap or free template. The web-site functionally will be simple. Initially, I want you to build the Drupal site as per a site map I will give you. Implement the designs generated above. Hook up all navigation and configure all required modules (about 10). I expect the site to have less than 20 page designs. For delivery I want a fully functional cool looking ready to go Drupal site where all I have to do is come in and edit the placeholder stories, pages, etc, etc. This is a cool fun project and I hope we can have it complete in < 1 month +/-.
