Project Description:	WE have three people working on various property listings in a real estate office. We need to centralize client contact information for sharing with Sharepoint. We need a listing schedule with a checklist and assigned tasks on the checklist. List all active clients both buyers and sellers. Follow up, feedback on showings. The sellers must have an area to put comments from potential buyers regarding their comments about the house viewed and the date the house was viewed. List all active homes for sale and potential listings for sale. List all pertinent events that must occur for each listing and assign them to one member of the team. List all marketing initiatives and relavent items and assign individual team members. Calendar collaboration for the three team members. Realtor schedule, closing dates, subject removal dates, listing expiration dates. Advertising collaboration-postcards, Preview, Van Sun etc.
