Project Description:	Hello, I'm looking for a website template designer that can create a beautiful Penny Stock Web Site Template. To get an idea about this industry, simply type in the keywords: "penny stocks" or "small cap stocks" at Google or any other of the main search engines, and visit a few web sites. I need this website to be beautiful, and have a smooth, web 2.0 feel to it. It's going to be a stock market related web site, that will focus on trading penny stocks. This template has to distinctively separate itself from all other website templates on the market. It's needs to convey a impression of a "buzz" or "whispers" of penny stocks about to move on hi stock awareness campaigns. I would like the theme to be . It should be attractive and easy to navigate. I would like the website to include image of persons whispering a "hot tip" or "rumor" in the header of the template, possibly animated.
