i am not selling you the design but its the domain name and members with traffic. i think you should consult somebody for what i am telling you. pls ask somebody for how much it will take you to have a google PR2 and good traffic on a new site [Private Message for Niles]

its not open source but from dolphin which is one of the best solutions for community sites. have spent good amount of money to modify the site. if u have doubts abt hosting then u can take away the domain name and the website and host it anywhere u want. there are not only asian members but worlwide. asian would be abt 30% only [Private Message for Niles]

I can see that it is an open source solution. 1. I need to be sure that the design is very flexible. 2. About hosting, I need to have control over the site, if it hosted by you, then you could in theory just close the site and leave once you get paid. 3. I dont know the asian culture, there fore I dont know the members at the website and their needs. 4. You say that the site has about 8000 members, how many of these are really active. I need to see documentation.

if by changes in the design you mean changes in the template then there are whole lot of options and i can include it in the price. for better functionality with paid memberships i need to do a bit more changes also with some banners but that will be 2 days of work and i will charge nothing for it as well. my site has all the things that you will need in a dating site and its fairly easy to use (webcam chat in groups, instant messenger with webcam, messages, videos, photo profiles; i am also going to add videos from youtube that you can play in dateamour with using youtube bandwidth and space) expenses per month for me are 40 usd and earnings are upto 150 usd but that when i run the site for free. if you need paid memberships and good marketing then this site can earn you upto 70% more than what you spend if i have to spend a lot for you then i will charge you more than 3000 (pls remember that i am giving you a site with google P2 and a lot of members with many visits everyday) i want to sell as i have many other sites to take care of and the work is impossible to manage [Private Message for Niles]

Hello, Thank you for your interest in my ad. If I where to buy your site then it would need some heavy changes in the design and the whole interface + other programming modifications. Would that be included in the price? It should also be easy to maintain, could I have a look at the admin section? Why do you want to sell and what are your earnings and expenses pr. month on this website?
