Project Description:	The object of this exercise is to import all the information contained within different databases, which are held on several computers, into one single web accessible system. The basic strategy will be: Set up a MySQL database on a secure Virtual Server [provided]. I will install software on each PC that will upload all the data from the Microsoft Access database to the MySQL database on the server. I will need you to configure the MySQL database and each of the applications which interpret the data from the Access databases so all the information goes to the right places when it's uploaded. I will need you to configure a database front-end application so that it can be used to administer the data, in each department, taking models from the existing ways of working and improving on them where possible. Users will be able to input data directly into the MySQL database via the ERP/CRM front end and use the system to do everything required: provide reports; track projects; manage stock; accounts; etc.
What I Offer:	I have been in business twelve years. I am honest and reliable and I look for someone with the same qualities. I can arrange payment by several methods, though Paypal would be the easiest for me. However, if that is not practical for you, we will make other arrangements. I do need the above project to be done quickly but there will be more time to deal with future projects. When I find the right person/team, I will be happy to set up a phone number local to you so that you will be able to call me any time you need to. I can also provide a live chat system, VoIP, and project management facilities on my server.
What I`m Looking For:	Ideally, as well as someone to undertake this project, I am looking for a competent, honest and reliable person to do work for me on a recurring basis. I am getting more business than I can comfortably manage and I am able to get more, but I am in danger of letting people down because I have too much to do. I am a good project manager, and less good at coding and not good at database work. Ideally, I am looking for someone with the following skill set, in order of importance: PHP MySQL Knowledge of Open Source ERP/CRM packages such as eGroupWare, SugarCRM, etc. Joomla VoIP I am looking to build a solid long term working relationship with someone I can trust to get on with the work and do it properly. It will be part time work, at least to begin with and I will respect your limits on the hours you have available. I will need to know what you will charge per hour, although for most jobs I will need a price for the job because I will rely on it when I provide quotes to clients. I would prefer to work with someone who is situated to the west of the UK really, as I will have more time in the afternoons [UK time] to work with someone. I have experience of, and I am happy to work with, people from Argentina or other South American countries.
